ABOUT THE 2010 BOARD 

 

2010 Rotherham is an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) and has been set up to manage, maintain and improve Council homes and Rotherham Borough estates. The organisation is non-profit making and it is wholly owned and controlled by Rotherham Borough Council.
 
Our services range from rents and repairs to keeping estates clean and tidy and tackling anti-social behaviour.

We have the responsibility of managing, repairing and improving the 21,000 council houses in Rotherham and aim to create cleaner, greener and more attractive neighbourhoods for our customers. We have £300 million to invest up until 2010 and are working closely within local communities and giving people the chance to be involved in shaping the future of the environment in which they live.

Our Executive Team

The Interim Chief Executive (CEO) of  2010 Rotherham is Graham Eades.

The executive of 2010 Rotherham has an active role in directing the company's for the benefit of customers. The executive directors and CEO have overall responsibility for the performance of the company's business.

The 2010 Rotherham Board is therefore responsible for making sure customers receive a high quality service and value for money.

2010 Rotherham Board meetings are open to members of the public (except items to be considered in private).

We also give customers the opportunity to submit any relevant questions to Board.
