Understanding our Customers
2010 Rotherham collects information about our customers during the customers 'sign-up' procedure (when you choose your new home). For example, we currently have ethnicity information on 100 per cent of our customers.
We also ask customers to give us details on information such as disability and sexuality through the Complete a Checking our Records form. To date, almost 90 per cent of our customers have completed a Checking our Records form, and we are now beginning to use this information to make improvements to our services.
This includes issuing letters in large print, delivering Round Your Place by email rather than through the post, or simply giving you longer to get to the door when we knock (twe realised there is nothing more frustrating than getting to the door to find a caller has been and gone!).
