Local Neighbourhood offices are open between 8.45am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 6pm Wednesdays.

Customer Service Centre Opening Hours are normally 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Please check with your local office/service centre as some times may vary.

Our Neighbourhood Offices provide a walk in service, where you can get useful documents in Braille and other languages, information on your tenancy or leasehold, and talk face to face about sensitive issues e.g. anti-social behaviour, and serious problems e.g. domestic violence.

At Customer Service Centres you can access the same 2010 Rotherham Ltd services as at a neighbourhood office, but with additional Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council services. For example, customer service centres also deal with;

• Adult Social Services

• Rothercard
