2010 Rotherham Ltd is Rotherham’s ALMO (Arm’s Length Management Organisations) and with 21,000 council house customers one of the largest in the country. We have been tasked with the responsibility for managing, repairing and improving the borough’s council houses, investing £300 million between 2005 and 2010.

We’re a young organisation, with an exciting and ambitious vision for the future and real enthusiasm about what we can achieve together.

We have a good senior management team and a Board who are passionate and committed to delivering excellent housing management and maintenance services to our tenants.

2010 Rotherham Ltd is a not for profit organisation that is wholly owned by the Council. It has been set up to control the day-to-day responsibility of managing, repairing and improving homes in Rotherham.
