There are many different ways for 2010 Rotherham customers to get involved and have their say. The Your Views Count event will look at how 2010 Rotherham’s new involvement menu aims to suit every customer’s taste; whether it’s starters, a main course, just a dessert or the full works!

There will be a mixture of interactive workshops with some games, and fun involvement activities to make the consultation accessible for everyone.

Customer Involvement Manager Sneh Soni, said: “2010 Rotherham customers have the right to influence the service and get involved in local decision-making. By working together we can improve how 2010 Rotherham manages council homes, for everyone.”

The Your Views Count forum is open to all 2010 Rotherham tenants and leaseholders, and will be held on Thursday, 26th November, 2009 at Springwell Gardens Community Centre, Eastwood View, Rotherham, S65 1NG, from 9.30am until 1pm, followed by a free lunch. Places must be booked in advance.

“We believe that consulting with our customers at events like Your Views Count is essential. Without involving our customers we would not be as effective as we could be.

“We want to ensure that we give our customers everything that’s on the menu, about all the different ways to get involved,” Sneh added.

2010 Rotherham would like to hear the views of as many customers as possible, particularly new tenants or those who have not previously attended meetings.
