Housing Income Champions and Surgeries
At 2010 Rotherham Ltd we know that balancing finances can be a challenge, especially if you’re on a limited income or don’t have a bank account. That’s why we have specially trained and experienced Housing Income Champions who can offer help and advice in confidence if you are finding it difficult to pay your rent. They can deal with more complex or detailed queries (e.g. an increasing arrears balance or financial difficulties) on the phone or face to face at a surgery near you. Please find the details at the bottom of the page.
If your query is more basic, for example you want to;
- Check your account balance
- Make a debit/credit card payment
- Request a new rent card
- Get a statement of your account
- Request a refund of a credit balance
- Discuss a small arrears balance
Then your query can be dealt with by one of our Customer Service Assistants, who are located in all neighbourhood offices and customer service centres. You can be seen in person, usually without an appointment, or you can contact your local office by telephone.
