LEASEHOLDER MANAGER
A Leaseholder is a customer who has purchased a flat which was previously owned by Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC).
A leaseholder will normally own and be responsible for everything within the four walls of their property, with the exception of pipes and drains that also serve other properties.
As your landlord, RMBC remains the owner of the overall building and the land it stands on, and remains responsible for the repair and maintenance of the structure and the exterior of the building. On behalf of RMBC, 2010 Rotherham Ltd will be responsible for this maintenance and repair.
