GAS APPLIANCE SERVICING
2010 Rotherham Ltd carries out gas services at all Council properties at least once every 12 months to keep you safe.
Regular servicing not only ensures your gas appliances are working safely, but also helps improve appliances’ performance and efficiency, cutting down fuel bills and reducing Rotherham’s carbon footprint. We also only fit condensing boilers that are A rated in efficiency.
To help us carry out the gas service we need gas and electric card meters to be in credit, and we need access to the gas meter to test for leaks. As we have a legal obligation to carry out this work on behalf of Rotherham Council, failure to allow access is a breach of your tenancy agreement. The Council would then apply to the court for an injunction to allow access.
We offer appointments from 8am to 5.45pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturday. If your gas service is due, or if you think it has been more than 12 months since we last attended, you are welcome to contact 2010 Rotherham Ltd Gas Servicing to arrange an appointment on 01709 822265.
