2010 Rotherham manages Rotherham Borough Council's housing stock on behalf of the Council (the landlord).
The initial bidding for a property however is done through the Council's Key Choices.
Key Choices is a scheme introduced by the Council that lets you apply for a home of your choice instead of waiting for an offer that someone else thinks is suitable.
Not only will you be able to move to the area of your choice but you will aso be able to choose when you want to move. However, this will still depend on the length of time you have been on the housing register and the length of time you wait may vary depending on the areas you choose.
How does Key Choices work?
