Our Organisation
2010 Rotherham is Rotherham’s ALMO (Arm’s Length Management Organisations) and, with 21,000 council house customers, we are one of the largest ALMOs in the country. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Rotherham Metropoliltan Borough Council, and we are a not for profit organisation.
We are responsibile for managing, repairing and improving the borough’s council houses.
We are a passionate and committed team, dedicated to delivering excellent housing management and maintenance services to our tenants and leaseholders.
We’re looking for talented, enthusiastic and proactive people to join us who can help us develop the high quality services to the communities of Rotherham and continue to achieve success.
