Creating a Smoke Free Environment
2010 Rotherham Ltd has now gone smoke free. But what does this mean for you?
We feel staff have a right to work in a smoke-free environment and this includes people’s homes. Please be considerate and do not smoke whilst 2010 Rotherham Ltd staff are working in your home.
What will happen if you choose to smoke?
2010 staff have the right to ask you to stop.
If staff are conducting an interview with you, they may ask you to go outside to do an interview.
If they are working on your property, they may request you go into another room.
If you do not do any of the above, staff may refuse to continue to work in your home!
In return, our staff will:
Not smoke whilst working, except on official lunch breaks
Not smoke in customers’ homes at any time.
