NEIGHBOURHOOD WALKABOUTS
The Crime and Safety Group hold regular neighbourhood walkabouts within their area, which are published at your local neighbourhood office and everyone is invited to attend.

They give tenants and residents an opportunity to meet with their Neighbourhood Champion, elected members, Rotherham Wardens, as well as representatives from Streetpride and the Police to discuss areas of concern within their locality. Problems might include: litter problems, poor street lighting, overgrown trees and hedges, graffiti, youth nuisance and anti-social behaviours etc.

Neighbourhood Champions and other partners will make notes of any issues that arise and liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve the problems.

Feedback is regularly given to attendees to show action has been taken and that their views count.
